Why this

Emergency opening from the appA compartment that will not open is a parcel the customer cannot collect. The app has emergency openings, so the door is handled from the app, on the spot.
The compartments have a planogramThe app shows a status per compartment and the planogram for the locker, and columns and compartments are configured from the same place. Whoever stands in front of the machine sees what each compartment is set up as — not just that it is shut.
