Nordic Retail Systems AS, company number 838 218 822, is Modern Expo's official partner in Norway. The equipment is manufactured by Modern Expo. We sell it, coordinate delivery and installation, and are your counterparty in the agreement.
Prices are given in a quotation. Invoice, paid by bank transfer. This is a business-to-business sale: the Norwegian consumer purchase and right-of-withdrawal acts do not apply.
The warranty is the manufacturer's. Modern Expo states a 12-month warranty. The full warranty terms accompany the quotation.
The delivery comprises the equipment specified in the order confirmation. Installation is agreed per project and stated in the quotation.
Norwegian law applies. If we disagree, we try to settle it directly before anyone takes it further.
