The site sets no cookies and uses neither localStorage, sessionStorage nor anything similar. It loads nothing from third parties: every image, stylesheet and script is on our own domain. There is no analytics and there are no tracking pixels. We checked this by scanning every page that is actually published, rather than by assuming it.
The only external link is to modern-expo.eu, in the dealer mark at the top of the page. It is a link — your browser fetches nothing from there until you click it.
The web server that delivers these pages keeps ordinary logs. They typically contain an IP address, a timestamp, which page was requested and which browser asked for it. This is necessary to operate and secure the site, and the legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The logs are not used to build profiles and are not combined with anything else.
The form on the contact page asks for a name, an email address, an optional telephone number and a message. It is sent to us as an email. We process what you send in order to answer you, we do not use it for anything else, and we do not share it. The form stores nothing in your browser and sends nothing to a third party.
Writing directly to contact@noresys.no is the same. The basis is responding to an enquiry you made yourself.
You have the right to access personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to the processing. Write to contact@noresys.no and we will answer. If you believe we are processing data unlawfully, you may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
