MEZZANINE FLOOR
A multi-tier racking system, built to use warehouse volume rather than floor area. Goods sit on shelves on every tier, with access to each bay and each level.
Why this
- Shelves on every levelGoods sit on shelves at all levels — the upper storey is not a deck you walk on, it is storage space on a par with the floor below it.
- A tool for the flow of goodsThe mezzanine is not just square metres. The manufacturer calls it an instrument for optimizing warehouse flows — the storeys are a way of organizing the flow, not merely of storing more.
